Patient Wait Experience in the Ambulatory Care Unit
This project corresponds to a sub-study of the ACU project. Its main objective is to examine patients' satisfaction during ACU appointments. In addition, this study looks at patients' perception on wait times and physical surroundings in the ACU clinic. This study will set a baseline on patient satisfaction for future comparison after operacional changes and improvements have been implemented.
